The website terms and conditions protect both the provider and user.

Introduction
By using the information on this website, you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in this legal notice. You will be able to access certain areas of CPD4dentalnurses.co.uk without registering your details with us. Most areas of CPD4dentalnurses.co.uk are only open to GDC registered or trainee dental hygienists or non-clinical dental staff when they pay for annual membership.

CPD Training Solutions Ltd is a registered in England and Wales at Companies House under the Companies Act 1985 Company Number 06692710. Conditions of website Use
The membership fee entitles you to access the members section of the website for a period of 1 year. The membership includes access to all the verifiable CPD listed, the PDP builder and CPD activity logs. Membership is activated within 24 hours of purchase and deactivated at 1 year unless the renewal fee is paid. During membership you have the opportunity to complete at least 15 hours of verifiable CPD. Any CPD not completed during membership will no longer be available to you once membership has ceased. You will be issued with renewal reminders and instructions to print any CPD certificates before the membership is deactivated. Once membership is deactivated you will need to pay the membership fee to access any duplicate certificates.

Annual CPD Membership Subscription
On registration and renewal, there is an option to set up an automatic subscription. Subscription licenses are made at the time of placing an order via secure card payment methods. If selected, the automatic subscription will be debited on the renewal date after one year of membership. You will receive a reminder email 3 weeks before your payment is taken. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date from your profile page of your membership. If you do not set up an annual subscription, you will need to log into your account and remember to make your payment on or before your renewal date.

Accessing Certificates and CPD Records
Your CPD records will be available throughout your membership through the membership section. You will lose access to the membership section once your membership lapses. If you reactivate your membership within 5 years, your certificates and logs will be restored, however after this time your records will be permanently deleted in line with our privacy policy. The General Dental Council stipulate that you should keep your CPD records for five years after your cycle ends. CPD4dentalnurses advise that all certificates and logs are downloaded at the point of completion in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Ownership of Materials
The information contained on this website may not be distributed, modified, reproduced in whole or in part without prior written permission of CPD Training Solutions Ltd. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below. You must not:

  • Republish material from this website (including republication on another website);
  • Sell, rent or otherwise sub-license material on this website;
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on this website for commercial purpose or monetary gain;
  • Edit or otherwise modify any material on this website.

Group Memberships
We offer a group sign up service for clients who wish to enrol multiple staff members in a single payment transaction. 'Group subscription' is no different to 'individual subscription' and the terms and conditions provided on this page are applicable to each subscription type. A discount may be provided as our discretion. It is the responsibility of the person organising the group sign up on behalf of their organisation to ensure that permission is obtained, from each person that an account is being requested for, to supply personal information to www.cpd4dentalnurses.co.uk such as full name, GDC number and private email address. In instances where a staff member leaves the organisation, and the organisation has paid for an annual subscription to www.cpd4dentalnurses.co.uk for that member, www.cpd4dentalnurses.co.uk are not obliged to refund any payments made, nor will www.cpd4dentalnurses.co.uk be involved with any disputes that arise between ex-staff members and the paying organisation. Subscriptions are non-transferable between employees and exemployees. If a member leaves an organisation their membership will be removed from the group but will continue until the expiry date and the member can then renew their membership to continue their learning with www.cpd4dentalnurses.co.uk.

All our verifiable CPD is audited, quality assured and designed to comply with the requirements for verifiable CPD as laid out by the GDC. Please note the GDC doesn't approve any CPD providers and registrants MUST do their own checks and due diligence.

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the company , its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material (including Software) or your breach of the terms of this Agreement. The Company shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.

Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct or indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure). Should we be unable to provide your CPD through the use of the website we will fulfil the commitment by providing email versions of the CPD and the relevant certificates until your subscription expires.

Changes to Service or Amendments to Conditions
CPD Training Solutions reserves full editorial control over CPD4dentalnurses.co.uk and may make changes to the website during the subscription period. We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and terms and conditions at any time. You shall be subject to the policy's terms and conditions in force at the time that you use the website. If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any other condition.

Faults and Repairs
CPD4dentalnurses will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the website and its features are accessible and maintained and that faults are repaired promptly. However, CPD4dentalnurses cannot accept responsibility if the service needs to be interrupted during the site repair times.

Events Beyond our Reasonable Control
